The fund has reserved 13 M of participations for the construction and sale of luxury full-service off-grid villas in Mexico.
The company builds and sells, but also manages and rents luxury villas in the Playa Maya district of Mexico. Through private placement it is possible to invest in a company that operates luxury villas. The management organization is a Dutch company.
The customers themselves purchase a luxury full service villa from the company, whether it be a jungle villa or a beach villa. The company then takes over the management of the villa and rents it out to foreign tourists.
The new villa owners are completely unburdened from furnishing, insurance and service up to the complete rental of the villa within the rental organization. Assuming that the owner does not use the villa himself, the return is approximately 8%. and 6% after costs.
Efficiency
As indication; a villa costs net excluding local taxes. It is then delivered turnkey and ready for sale.
Guests who rent the villa are completely unburdened with regard to the accessibility of their villa. The property managers provide transportation to and from the airport to your villa. Owners or tenants also have access to transport during their stay.
In Mexico, the company has a beautiful location on the beach (approx. 20 meters) with a swimming pool and all luxurious facilities. Customers experience an ultimate experience in a full service 100% off grid environment.
Rentals are made through, among others. its own rental site, Airbnb. In this case, the company enters into a management and rental agreement with the customer.
