Our Funds fall under the Light Regime within the Financial Supervision Act.

Registered AIFMs

A list of Dutch managers of one or more investment institutions that have registered for the AIFMD registration regime of Section 2:66a Wft (the so-called 'light' managers) has been made available to the AFM. These parties do not have an AIFMD licence.

A 'light' manager (and the funds managed by him) is not supervised under the Prudential Supervision of Financial Undertakings Part and the Part

Supervision of the conduct of financial enterprises of the Financial Supervision Act. This means, for example, that 'light' managers are not subject to requirements imposed on managers under the Wft regarding, for example, the suitability and reliability of the policymakers, the provision of information to investors, sound and ethical business operations, controlled remuneration, adequate risk and liquidity management, delegation , maintaining sufficient equity capital and the custodian.

DNB Reports

The EBC Plus funds submit the reports to the DNB / AFM.
